 Daily Checks

Daily Checks is an automated process which runs every night shortly after midnight. It updates the firm's data, moving each user's outstanding To Do's forward so that they will always appear on their Today list, creates Reminder To Do's, purges particular records (according to each user's preferences), instantiates Dependent Linked Events, manages Repeating Events, etc.

Important:  We recommend that users not perform exchange processes during the Daily Checks. This includes Outlook Contacts & Calendar Link synchronization, Accounting link exchanges, etc.
