A billing date folder is created in this format for each date that task based bills are finalized:
mmmdd_yyyy (e.g. Oct05_2017)
Within this billing date folder are folders with the time stamped when the bill was created in this format (hh_mm_ss) accounting for when bills are finalized multiple times during a day:
mmmdd_yyyy_hh_mm_ss (e.g. Oct05_2017_10_49_03)
All task based bills that are finalized on the date and time as indicated by the folder name are saved in this folder using the naming convention of E-Bills File Name Format.
The saved E-Bills names are in this format:
Invoice Number_ClientId_Matter_id.txt (e.g. 3445_C001_M001.txt)
