   Printing the information shown in Amicus Attorney


In addition to the variety of reports you can run from the Reports view in the Office module, lists and details of individual records may be printed.

Internet Explorer Setup

For best results from Amicus printing, ensure that your Microsoft Internet Explorer is set up appropriately. Go to an Internet Explorer window, choose Tools > Internet Options, choose the Advanced tab in the dialog that appears, and ensure that the Print Background Colors and Images option in the Printing section is selected. Then click OK.

Page Setup

To set the page orientation (portrait or landscape), paper size, margins, or particular printer, choose Page Setup on the File menu in any module. The Page Setup dialog appears. Unless you change them later, these settings are used for all printing you do during the remainder of your Amicus Attorney session.

Some screens, such as File and People Details, print using your Internet Explorer settings. To configure page headers and footers for these, you can choose File > Page Setup, from the main menu and edit various settings, including codes controlling the content of the header and footer:

Print Preview

To view the printout text before sending it to the printer, choose File > Print Preview from the main menu to display the Print Preview dialog  where you can zoom in, display other pages, change the page setup, and print the text.
