Getting Around > Logging in > Multiple computers or sharing
You may install Amicus Attorney Workstation on multiple computers. For example, you might install Workstation at your office computer and on your home computer. However, note the following:
Spell Check—The Custom dictionary, Auto-Text, and AutoCorrection Exception items are workstation-specific; they do not travel with you. (They are, however, maintained separately for each Amicus user at each Workstation installation.)
Documents—If your firm does not use a standard drive mapping (or UNC paths) for the location of shared documents, some documents might not be accessible from Amicus at some workstations. For more information, see Document Management preferences.
Outlook/Exchange E-mail Link and Outlook Contacts & Calendar Link—If you log in at a workstation other than your customary one, a warning message appears and you should choose not to use the Link while logged in there.
Multiple users may share a computer on an ongoing basis.
