Firms with SQL 2016 or higher

Warning: A scheduled backup cannot be performed if your firm is using SQL 2016 or a higher version.

Go to Office > Firm Settings, and click Utilities under the Maintenance heading to display the Maintenance - Utilities dialog.
Select the radio button Daily or Never, then click OK,
A warning message displays informing you that you cannot perform a scheduled backup of your database. To manually schedule a database backup. See the Install Guide.
