The Amicus Billing functionality can be activated at any time by selecting the Use Amicus Billing checkbox in the Time - Accounting System dialog. This can be accessed by selecting Accounting under the Time tab in Firm Settings. See Amicus Billing Administrator Help, Activating and De-Activating.
