Communications > Working in the Communications Center
The Communications module, sometimes referred to as the Communications Center, displays lists of your incoming and outgoing Phone Calls, Phone Messages, and E-mails. The two main views of the Communications Index window (Outstanding and All) and the various filters allow for easy management of all your Communications. If you have the Outlook/Exchange E-mail Link enabled, an Outlook view is optionally available.
You can record new Phone Calls, Phone Messages, and E-mails from the Communications Center, which makes it a handy tool for receptionists and assistants.
To open the Communications module, click the Communications button in the Navigation Pane.
