Specifying Document Settings for the firm > Document Management: E-mail attachment types
Whenever an Outlook/Exchange e-mail is Auto-Saved to Amicus (assuming that this feature of the Outlook/Exchange E-mail Link is enabled), attachments on the e-mail might be automatically saved as Documents. To help prevent undesirable attachments (such as graphic signatures or .EXE files) from being saved:
Go to the Office > Firm Settings, select Management under the Documents heading.
Enter the file types to be saved, separated by commas (e.g. DOC,PDF,TXT,).

Note: .MSG attachments cannot be saved. |
