Once a firm has posted a Public Interview link prospective clients can click on the link and complete the details.
Click Submit your request for assistance to begin the process.
The first thing a prospect is asked to do is fill out their contact details so the firm can send them a confirmation email to verify that they are a real person.
Complete the fields and select the checkbox near the bottom of the dialog to agree to the terms and conditions and click Next.
A confirmation message displays stating that a confirmation code was sent to the prospect by email.
The prospect then checks their email and enters the Confirmation Code in the field provided and clicks Next.
A new dialog displays with two sections in the left hand pane.
The details need to be completed as required by the firm including their legal issue in the Briefly describe your legal problem textbox.
A green checkbox displays in the left navigation pane when a section is completed.
Clicking Submit completes the process.
A Success message displays informing you that the details of the public interview have now been captured and are accessible within Amicus Attorney as a Pending Contact in the People module, ready to be approved.
