  Completing a Public Interview


Once a firm has posted a Public Interview link prospective clients can click on the link and complete the details.

  1. Click Submit your request for assistance to begin the process.

  2. The first thing a prospect is asked to do is fill out their contact details so the firm can send them a confirmation email to verify that they are a real person.

  3. Complete the fields and select the checkbox near the bottom of the dialog to agree to the terms and conditions and click Next

    • A confirmation message displays stating that a confirmation code was sent to the prospect by email.
  4. The prospect then checks their email and enters the Confirmation Code in the field provided and clicks Next.
  5. A new dialog displays with two sections in the left hand pane.

    • The details need to be completed as required by the firm including their legal issue in the Briefly describe your legal problem textbox.
       
  6. A green checkbox displays in the left navigation pane when a section is completed.

  7. Clicking Submit completes the process.
    • A Success message displays informing you that the details of the public interview have now been captured and are accessible within Amicus Attorney as a Pending Contact in the People module, ready to be approved.
