Setting Up Your Office > Time Preferences > Formatting Preferences
To set your Time Entry formatting preferences, go to the Office> Preferences, and click Formatting under the Time heading.
You can specify the following settings in this view:
How time amounts are formatted for display (in tenths of an hour or in minutes).
The minimum amount of time a Time Entry can contain (in tenths of an hour or in minutes).
The unit of time used for rounding up time when a Time Entry is posted (in tenths of an hour or in minutes).
How lists of unposted Time Entries are sorted when you open the Unposted view.
The sequence in which Time Entries are sorted when you open the Unposted view, and the sequence in which they are posted—from the oldest to newest or vice versa.
